For the inaugural edition of IQ Digital, a prominent media platform in Romania, we were commissioned to design and develop the scenography. The primary challenge was to create a unified visual environment that could engage both the physical audience in the venue and a large-scale virtual audience watching the live stream.
The creative direction focused on blurring the boundaries between physical reality and digital space.
We designed the scenography to incorporate an optical illusion that seamlessly merges the physical environment with a virtual studio extension. By precisely aligning physical LED lights with their digital counterparts, we achieved a sense of perceived depth that transformed the stage into a multi-dimensional arena. This spatial synchronization served as the link between the physical and digital realms, effectively bridging the two to make the hybrid studio possible.
