Event Horizon is an installation that explores the enigmatic nature of black holes and the philosophical questions they raise.
Inspired by the phenomenon of light bending around black holes, the installation reflects the dynamic nature of the projections and the illusion of depth created by the screens.
With Event Horizon we explore the existing manner of depicting black holes but also speculate and create a new viable representation. A 2.5D model.
After its successful international presence at Bright Festival Florence (2023) and Bright Festival Brussels (2025), the installation returns home in 2026 for a special exhibition at the Dimitrie Leonida Technical Museum in Bucharest.
